Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. UK delivery will usually be the following day, although Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.

We ship air freight to a number of other countries. Please email for a delivery quotation.

Please note, due to local customs restrictions we are currently unable to ship to Australia, New Zealand, China and Qatar.

Miller Harris do not accept any responsibility for orders delivered to third party addresses, freight forwarders, hotels etc. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address you select, if there are special arrangements beyond this street address, Miller Harris will not accept any responsibility for additional charges.


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the cellophane wrap has been removed, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer.

We cannot refund or exchange sale items, unless damaged or faulty. 
Upon delivery, if you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged or faulty, we will happily replace them. 

Please return any items to the address listed below. Note, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives in our warehouse. So we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service. Please ensure you include a copy of the delivery note or invoice, clearly displaying your name, contact details and order number.
