Does anyone know where is Mew or mewtwo in sapphire without game shark or action replay

Cheats are needed in the case of those two.
You can get them without cheats by trading from lead green or fire red
mew you can get in a event. but it already passed. in the event you either bought the ticket or they give the ticket to you to go to mirage island in th pokemart. you get on the boat and show the ticket. then you would see mirage island and tall grass. mew will see you and you have to chase it in the tall grass. its tail is showing so its easy to see were its going. its only level 20 though.
