To get the Dig Dugged achievement/trophy you must defeat 50 Witherbeasts before they finish burrowing. Witherbeasts in Dungeon Defenders II are enemies that have a blue body with crystals on top and whose main purpose is to heal other enemies when they burrow. You can easily determine when Witherbeasts are healing as they will emit crosses.
The place in order to farm the required kills to unlock the achievement/trophy is by playing the Harbinger on Normal. Start off by switching to the monk and setting down as many fire traps as you can fit in all three lanes. Then beat the first stance of the Harbinger, in the second stance the enemies will attack you in waves every 30-60 seconds and each wave will have a Witherbeast amongst them that can be easily killed. If you continuously defeat the waves without damaging the Harbinger you will eventually get the 50 required Witherbeasts to unlock the achievement/trophy.
To get the Bomb Squad achievement/trophy you must defeat 100 Kobolds before they light their fuse. In Dungeon Defenders II Kobolds start spawning in the final battle of Act 1, The Throne Room. You will be able to identify Kobold's on the map as yellow dots. The moment a Kobold is damaged or gets near any defensive's they will light their fuse.
The first time you can attempt this is the final battle of Act 4, Nimbus Road which has two waves that only spawn Kobolds. If you complete this chapter once and then replay it you should have more than enough kills to unlock the achievement/trophy.
